Kids Fun Day 2012!

This years Kid Fun day will be on the 25th march.

Lotterywest has granted $12,000.00 for the event.

ACE (Adult Community Education) Young Parents Group

Workshops have been held in 2011 for Young Parents aged under 26 years. These have been fun as well as an Adult Learning experience.

A free crèche and morning Tea is provided. These are held at the George Street Centre, 1 George Street on a Friday mornings 10am - 1.00pm.

We hope to continue workshops’ for parents in 2012.

Fantastic Esperance Childrens Festival

Fun Day OutThe organising committee is meeting again to formulate the 2012 "Kids Fun Day Out".

Escare was successful in receiving a $4000.00 grant from the Shire via the recent round of Community Development Grants to assist with the day.

We are currently looking for a coordinator to take a lead role in the organisation of this great family bi-annual event.


Esperance "Kids Stuff" Booklet

A parents guide to services available for families and Children in Esperance Western Australia.

This booklet was launched during National Families Week , a project instigated by the Esperance Early Years Network and completed by Escare coordinator Jo Aberle and Community Health Nurse Janette Fletcher.

The booklet has recently been updated thanks to a grant from the Department for Communities, Early Years Strategy.
